A structured endurance coach for 35–55 marathon and half marathon runners who want performance without burnout.
Jamik started running in September 2000 after returning from the USMC. He began racing in 2001 and hasn't stopped. His running career includes 36 marathon finishes, 50+ half-marathon finishes, over 150 road races, trail races, and ultramarathons, as well as 2 road race relays. While Coach enjoys running and his accomplishments, he is proudest of coaching sub 3:30 hour marathoners, ultra marathon finishers and winners, and elevating athletes to higher levels of sports performance. Jamik is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USATF Level 2 Certified Coach-Endurance and Marathon Specialist, NASE Certified Speed Specialist, UESCA Ultraruning Coach, Heart Rate Performance Specialist, CPR/AED qualified as well as a Certified Running Gait Analyst. Jamik has trained with the USMC, NYCDOC, 13 years of football, and 7 years of boxing. He also recently published his first book, "every runner, every day. A Memoir: The Running Journey From Brownsville, Brooklyn To Bergen County, New Jersey and Everywhere In Between."
