Coach Jamik is a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach and USATF Certified Marathon Specialist. He’s also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Speed Specialist, Heart Rate Performance Specialist, Certified Running Gait Analyst, and Certified Ultrarunning Coach. On the field, he’s coached athletes with the River Vale Raiders, the Ravens, and Pascack Valley Lacrosse.

While straight line speed is incredibly important and plays an integral part in training, the majority of our athletes play a sport and will need game speed to be successful. We coach to be fast anywhere, at anytime, on any day.
The definition of agility is the ability to change direction quickly, easily, without the loss of speed. The second, lesser known aspect, is the ability to think and understand quickly. We include cognitive aspects in training.
