One on One Coaching
Some athletes are born with speed; for the rest of us… we have to work. Coach Jamik worked his way from an embarrassingly slow 40 yard dash time, to a combine level performance through hard work, persistence, and constant adjustments. One week will not make you fast, but it will help identify the foundation and necessary work ethic to reach your goals. Jamik is a USATF Certified Coach. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Speed Specialist, Heart Rate Performance Specialist, CPR, as well as a Certified Running Gait Analyst. He was also one of the coaches of the River Vale Raiders for the 2022-2023 seasons.

Elite Speed Coaching
While straight line speed is incredibly important and plays an integral part in training, the majority of our athletes play a sport and will need game speed to be successful. We coach to be fast anywhere, at anytime, on any day.
Gamechanging Agility Coach
The definition of agility is the ability to change direction quickly, easily, without the loss of speed. The second, lesser known aspect, is the ability to think and understand quickly. We include cognitive aspects in training.
